Although chile harvesting has become a multi-million industry during recent years, farmworkers still face a difficult task. The director of El Paso-based Association of Farmworkers, Carlos Marentes, talks about the new center were they are offering advice on labor rights, health issues and organizing techniques. They also provide temporary shelter for newly arrived workers.
