Leg. Length. Well. Scope. And money on the big program this week the woman we want to send things out to the gravity bar who
once again provided some pretty good grew up this week with two locations to serve you in Downtown and the Broadway Market. I want to give you a lineup of what we've got coming up the next two weeks actually are not going to be live shows are going to be repeated live shows scheduled are the glory stoppers that are now called the model rockets which are what's up. Also I think we're going to be rerunning the peach show so we're not going to leave you hanging and nothing really scheduled. Next year that I know of. If you want to get your own band on the program go love the producer Greg Vergel of 5 7 9 15 10. We've got more music coming up for milk and money. Let's get band introductions thing Chris and see right here you want to introduce the band. I'm Chris Selleck I play guitar. Go ahead continue. Everybody else that's probably the most interesting thing about me. Well what about everybody else you want me to talk about I don't know if she is kind of a deal is this. This is Kaiser Forrest who is our wonderful singer. And we have Christine on cello occasionally anyway and Clayton is playing I believe it's called the viola
electric violin and all the string instruments also I don't like out there. And Robin up over there on keyboards. Tim is playing bass Tim Castellani and Ben is over here guest starring on flute tonight and we have Jared Kaplan on drums and percussion as he likes to say and a whole slew of audience members and video camera operators Let's hear it for them to. Hear. All right more money now from milk. More music. From milk and music it's. Milk and money in the live room. Oh. Listen.
It's a. Joy.
To. Read. Right. Sit. Down or.
A. It's. The.
Soo much. To. Do it. You're listening to live room a big virtual production on K CMU a rock casting from Jack Straw studios in
Seattle's university district each week live represents live performances of wacky variety special thanks to the rocket American music and the gravity bar for their support. And I want to tell you about the weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at that nutty gravity bar. They've always got something crazy cooking up over there. Milk and money on the big program today. OK let's let's start with a little bit of the history of the band and and. Come on everybody. Jared you want to kind of tell us how it all got together in the beginning. Oh gosh the beginnings of. It's a long story but. Make it short. Rob Tim and I came out from New York and we wound up hooking up with Kristen Kaiser who had found each other through Believe it or not the rocket. So we all wound up hooking up together and what we're each doing or that is what the with the conglomeration of the two bands is doing is much different from what either of us was doing before this. But we're really happy we're doing it.
Yeah. Really come together very well and I might add with with the augmentation of the three special performers this evening sounds incredibly good. I wonder how often you do get to play with them is it becoming a more recent thing you want to talk about. Christine Oh not really. OK. Time she played. Party and several other shows and we get there. Yeah and she's on the CD right now and we get her whenever we can she's a very busy lady. With all that talent and these two players we would love to do it more often when the venue and their schedules and I think allow it. It's a really cool thing to do. Ben and Christine both played the chair in other projects and Clayton. Oh yeah definitely All right. If you come on our show here. In a lot of the reviews and stuff and in your own bio and stuff you refer to a lot
of 60s influences and things like that and I'm wondering apart from musically how that kind of whole era affects your lives and. And exactly what kind of chemicals are you using Chris we try not to discriminate when it comes to the chemicals we like to sample a little bit of everything. Actually it's we all come from a totally different. Space I don't think any one of us is a 60s music buff at all I think that many probably my vocals being blues based which isn't really intentional just kind of happened that way I don't know. It's not something I've chased after and with the Hammond. People tend to just automatically kind of think that way. But everybody's got very different influences really into world crisis into dock and I love motley crew aren't we all in the dark and when it comes down to it they'll really well also I guess are interested in working up some sort of multimedia presentation for your live shows how how far I go actually is that come into the planning.
Rob thanks a lot of us we work up a scenario where we actually have some kind of visual matter. It's a company other than puppets. We try that already. Puppet Show and Milken money. Exactly and I hope we get top billing on that. But yeah with slides and films and. Going to put up a video just eventually you know sometime next year. It's a New Year's resolution that I'll go on the record against me. But more importantly gotta keep going with the new music that's that's the basis of it and just add to the show that you know some people like to see things and when they go out to see a band so we take that into account as well. Now what do you have any any music out there that's available for Christmas shopping that should be run out of the store and grab the CD isn't titled underbelly and it's available at warehouse and tower and God numerous other places.
And all of our shows and that's where you're going to get the best deal on it by the way. No middleman we take out the middleman and those are always listed in the rocket. Among other places. Now that's just right. Is there going to be full length coming up I mean that's our next goal but we have to make sure that yeah we have to. Good stuff. But yeah it's possible we'll probably have a very short live release somewhere between these two. All right well let's get right back to the music. We've got lots more yet to come. Crossing the streams here soars these chords go your way. OK so without further ado We've got more music from milk and money. You. Know.
The boy. John. John. John. John. Glenn. Why. Would. The end. Of the full. Length on. The end would. Lead. To a. Man.
Ain't. Going to. Win to an. END. And. It will end run to an. END. And. Lend. More.

Chris New Year's Eve actually we're going to be down at victors in Pioneer Square which is under the Alaskan Way Viaduct I believe in much of the cross street is but we're going to be on there with the Supersonics all pimps and trip reality to just wander around underneath the viaduct until you tell you when you hear the screaming and that's that's where it's all coming from. You've got something else coming up there Jared. Yeah yeah we've got let's see. After New Years. Sure we've got January 4th or first appearance and then after that and flood OK and then let's see Friday the 6th of January at the off ramp with Grandma Jo thread and below and then we're playing a good luck show at the Tractor Tavern On Friday the 13th of January.
