- Dr. Rick deShazo and Dr. Allyn Bond unveil months of hard work in the Southern Remedy Healthy Living plan - a new way to live and diet. This plan is aimed at helping everyone live their healthiest life possible. All the materiels can be found BY CLICKING HERE. Dr. Rick and Dr. Allyn were also joined in studio by MPB Executive Director Ronnie Agnew who shared his own personal story of struggling with weight. Director Agnew talked about his pledge of losing 50 pounds by his 50th birthday in October 2012. But, he doesn't want to do it alone!
