This Saturday a group of avid hikers explored the rugged terrain of Beaman Park, a 1500 acre undeveloped woodland in Northwest Davidson County. They were led through the creek by state aquatic specialisty Jimmy Smith. The city has owned the land since 1996, hasn't yet opened the park to the public.
