if you watch much television you've likely seen this commercial right now over half of the hospitals in tennessee are having trouble making any chance for some of the latest technologies or st thomas nurse mary jean mcadams she stands in an operating room and as she talks the surgical tools the id eventually everything in the room disappears the coalition to protect tennessee hospitals a group of them the hospital state wide was the air campaign because it says hospitals are being adequately pay by twenty or they see congress reduce medicare funding to face a growing number of charity cases in all they say they're losing money getting the message across to lawmakers hasn't been a problem it's the public hospitals need to convince support of the public that will make things change craig becker is president of the tennessee hospital association a coalition member right now between medicare and tenncare hard overdoing we know we've got to make sure that the public belief that we actually are losing money and that we are in a stressful situation and unfortunately i think the jury the public still believes that half were going very well which in fact we were over five
