"CONGRESS: WE THE PEOPLE takes viewers inside the halls of the U.S. Capitol to examine how Congress works. The birth of a bill, committees and caucuses, and the election process are all series topics. In program 13, 'A Day in the House,' a 'typical' day's work flow is depicted. Effective lobbying techniques are examined through such congressional issues as handgun control and drunk driving legislation in program 18, 'Influence and Interests.'
