Episode Description
"'Lucia' [is] a trilogy about three different women named Lucia at three periods in Cuban history. The first Lucia is an aristocratic girl living in Cuba at the time of the country's revolt against Spain in the 1890's. The second Lucia's life is depicted against the back drop of Cuba in the 1930[s] during the revolt against the dictator, Machado. The third Lucia lives today in Castro's revolutionary society."--1977 Peabody Awards entry form.
