On this episode of Report from Santa Fe, Fabain Chavez discusses his upbringing, his family, and his career. He discusses helping to reform the judicial system in New Mexico including the creation of the court of appeals. He mentions liquor licenses and the changes he helped to create in the liquor laws. Many legislators are seeking leadership. They may have ideas, but they do not always know how to implement them.
