Excuse me, can we talk here for a minute? We're doing a story on public transportation. We're wondering to give us an opinion about L .A.'s public transportation system. Well, I have often thought that probably the best thing for Los Angeles and the whole Southern California area could be a massive train type system. Speedtrants all the way down there. San Diego and the Navi there. The system is going to be a train system for football. I guess what about right now? Do you rely on public transportation to get around town? No, I don't, because it doesn't serve as my area. I don't know what that is. If I had something that serves as my area, I thought it was comfortable and full and safe. I know I would. Why would you go to New York and Boston and Washington, D .C .M.? I'd say it's pretty cool. Great idea. Thank you very much.
Okay. I came with a shooting the last night. You were with me, right? Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank
you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm doing this on the edge of the park in part of the forest. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right. Start. I know there was a rest conference today, but I was turning a sample plot. I don't know exactly what was alleged in that press conference. I don't know what it was. Last week, I saw some media reports, certain allegations of mystery bar on those innocent victims who were killed by the deputies of the scene of the incident. The deputies of the young model was killed. I believe the term executed may have been utilized. I don't recall if that
term seemed to stick with it. I have heard narrowly that we do not respond to that with the investigation. I believe, in this case, in response to the necessary and appropriate deputies who were there. And indeed, all the deputies of the scene were killed. First of all, on the night of the shooting, deputies responded to a call. They said that we have been threatened by a neighbor with a gun. The person identified to constitute that threat having been gunned with a mystery bar. The neighbor pointed out that the mystery bar left the deputies responded to that location. The mystery bar and others were present in a garage. The garage had been
converted to a residence of source. Not a house. And looking through the window, one of the deputies observed the mystery bar the way they removed the gun from his waistband and lay it down on a counter in the garage. That was the time the persons were ordered out of the garage. Two of the people who were in the garage were a mystery bar. And say's are that killed deputies on the boat. They both, in interviews, stated that what was going on in the garage they were planning a robbery to occur last night in the Mexican restaurant where the email owner usually had large sum to money approaching time. They planned them first killing the security guard
so that one, says there's a cousin who would get a weapon. And they would then kill the owner of the restaurant and rob the owner of the restaurant. There was an allegation that mystery bar was standing outside of the garage with his hands off when he was shot. The autopsy reports, trajectory of the bullets that hit him were 10 to indicate his arms were not very good for the garage. When mystery bar body was checked at the location, this is the weapon that was lying alongside of the slide. It is actually a pellet gun, a replica 45, which again, one of the people who was in the garage, one of the four who was in the garage, said that this weapon was removed from a
refrigerator in the garage by mystery bar, and he had this in his possession. This individual tried to talk mystery bar who was his uncle out of participating in the plan robbery and his statement was that I guess my uncle needed the money and there was a lot of money so he was going to go along. So I have a great deal of compassion and sympathy for the wife, for the daughter, for the loss of their father and her husband, but to paint a picture that would indicate that the deputy sheriff's in that scene was right mostly or wantably executed and innocent man, was just something that could not be allowed to stand without a response. Sheriff, would you say the family has said that the way the daughter remembers seeing the deputies, including them being on
fire to the battle with me, was there some period of time between when Caesar acquired his gun and with the gun? You know, an opening for attorney, and then he was kept for hours and hours and hours he was being pushed that in what he closed on his illegally, is that the case? All I can tell you is that there were statements made, fully and deeply involved in this conspiratorial planning was going on in the garage planning, in which they planned on preventing the robbery murder for the vote. I have that gun on. There is an assumption that he had it in his hand, that was where it was supposed to be. Did you see that in his hand? I had a gun on the radio with that one, so I don't know what it was. It was armed, it was an armed weapon. Has anyone come from this department? I don't know.
I don't know. You were shot in the back. There were a shot in the side, and I believe it was also shot in the back, and once I left, was it armed? Did you keep it in seven months or so? No, this is the weapon. Caesar had the 350, so this is what was found alongside Mr. Barrett's back. Did he Barrett do anything that would bring on Barrett? He had been seen in the fire line, in the garage. He looked at the window, did it be seen by a neighbor, and the neighbor described, through two lines, through a weapon. Who's bullet -tiddy Barrett? All three of them, I told you a lot. He did not
have the time. The truck received through the truck. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. before the shooting began, on the side of Deputy Yamamoto. He came out, he said, as soon as he stepped out of the garage, he says, our started firing in Deputy Yamamoto. The other two deputies, everything's gone wrong. So what did happen to these dancers in the shooting of Deputy Yamamoto? What do you mean as a boss? Well, did they kill the one man? They returned, fired to the location from which they were being fired upon. They killed a man who had been armed and threatened the neighbor.
They killed a man who had been seen with a firearm in the garage, whether he was a threat at that moment or not. We don't know. And the young boy said they were going to take him to hand questions and get his information, right? But it says, that there were no witnesses from what he investigated. There were no witnesses. Where are the others? You can also... There seem to be questions about who came out of the garage first. When the shooting began, he said, well, they have to stay. People who came out of the garage. Well, the order, they came out. One came out first. The bar came out second. That you never came out. I also fired upon Mr. Barrett. Yes. Sure. I want one question. You have to be there. And they're looking at the entire area. And they're looking at the shooting area. And you have to know that the Alamo Modo itself fired. Yeah. I mean, the gunpowder did that out to the scene. There were many to have. And so, it's a
sliding door to the garage. It was open very narrowly. The Alamo Modo was in line with that open. The other deputies were over to the side. That's exactly right. And their first concern was to run over it. So, the Alamo Modo got out. It's not over. It's not in line with the radio. So, there is no possibility that he said he's got there later. Giving him no time. Even a matter of seconds later. Giving him no time. He says... I'm out of light. The shooting must come in from inside the garage. Through the door. Do you think he happened to have the same time? Then he began to shoot towards the... The sheriff's began to shoot towards the ladder. Getting him straight to get... Fire towards the line of fire. How would you like to be out there having gunfire directed in your tension? You're in a particular yard where there's no place to take cover. And he returned fire. So, what is it you're asking? I don't think it'll do, but I wonder what it'll be
next to somebody who's pardoned either. Are you saying that he's jailed? Make sure. That's it. Okay, I'm just going to show you the... It's a good way to go. What's that? Make sure nobody sees that's pan... It's a family there as well. Oh man. We visited
on the... Well, I don't care. This is a lot of nature. They released the auto -scope over there too. What really? Second, somebody? Yeah, I got it. Yeah. Walking. Uh -huh. So... Is it here? They didn't come and use cameras. That's what we're going to do. Okay. And... Family members? Of course. That's it. What's that in there?
