Host Robert C. Weinberg comments on New York Traffic Commissioner Henry Barnes and the comfort, safety, and amenities on the railroad system. Weinberg calls Penn Station an "architectural disaster" and advocates for more practical telephone booths, a better system for catching a cab, and improving the subway stations with better lighting and more seating. Weinberg focuses on small details that could be fine tuned in order to make the subways and commuting trains more comfortable, safe, and attractive.
