At one point the problem of teen pregnancy hit epidemic proportions. The Maryland DC area had some of the highest rates in the country for children born to children and out of wedlock.
On tonight's edition of Newsnight Maryland we discussed that problem. We'll also show you a program aimed at teen fathers. That's a real life success story. And Bob talks with a local researcher who gives us the skinny you might say on Monday. Right now it's time to check in with Jeff Salkon for a look at news making headlines around the state. Jeff. Good evening Bob. A published report today says nine Prince George's county schools may face a state takeover. Currently a number of schools in Baltimore City and one each in anorondale and Somerset counties are on that list.
