Description
Harry Thaw murdered Stanford White. Harry was upset when his wife Evelyn Nesbitt told him of a previous boyfriend (White). Thaw was arrested, jailed and escaped to Canada. He was found and returned to NH by way of Colebrook. Being a rich man and celebrity he was able to stay for a month in Colebrook before he was returned to jail where the authorities said he wasn't mentally sick anymore and freed.
