- Here and Now, Arrowhead-Weston transmission line, The Arrowhead-Weston powerline got the go-ahead from the Wisconsin Public Service Commission two years ago. The 345-kilovolt transmission line would connect Duluth and Wausau - giving utilities in the eastern and southern parts of the state an additional way to import power if supplies ran low. The original price tag for the line was 168-million dollars. But as work progressed, the cost had more than doubled to 420-million. The Public Service Commission called the parties back to the table to once again to ask the question, 'Is this powerline worth the money?', celibacy not be mandatory for candidates for the priesthood, Catholic priests may one day perform marriage ceremonies for their fellow priests. That's if some archdiocese of Milwaukee priests have their way. More than 100 priests are urging that celibacy not be mandatory for candidates for the priesthood. This is in direct conflict with Vatican policy.
