Oh. I. Mean. Thank. You. The First Amendment of the constitution protect some of our very basic rights freedom of speech religion simming and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances to redress a simple to set something right. In 1965 a small group of mill worker parents sought to redress of grievance they sued the local school board on behalf of all present and future school children for segregating the public school. The legal process was long and difficult. Finally on January 16th 1976 U.S. district court found the Milwaukee public schools were unconstitutional segregated desegregation plan was implemented in 1979. And the Texan's of a small coalition of parents who chose to exercise their constitutional rights. The grievance of many in Wisconsin was said Right I'm left with Scott
