This episode of the series En Francais from December 20, 1981, features James Fontenot's interview with James Rodriguez and Padro Angelle, who discuss sugar cane harvesting and the work of the Breaux Bridge Sugar Cooperative. Fontenot also conducts an in-studio interview with Rodriguez and State Representative Raymond Lalonde. They discuss sugar cane farming in Louisiana.
