In this episode from the "Historical Food Towns" series of "A Taste of Louisiana" from May 30, 1992, Chef John Folse cooks Squash and Tasso Stuffed Rock Cornish Game Hen with a Mandarin and Muscadine Cane Syrup Glaze. He also prepares Biscuits with Cane Syrup Blueberry Cream with Madeline Turner, a cook from Grant. This episode also includes footage from the city of Leesville in Vernon Parish and the town of Grant in Allen Parish.
