He also prepares Hot Water Bread with artist Sarah Albritton from Sarah's Kitchen in Ruston. This episode also includes footage of the city of Ruston.

Chef Folse and soul food cooking expert Sarah Albritton cook smothered pork chops with wild mushrooms, steamed cabbage with pork sausage boulettes, sassafras tea and peach cobbler.
