Episode Description
In this episode from the "Plantation Celebrations" series of "A Taste of Louisiana" from July 2, 1994, Chef John Folse visits Rosedown Plantation in St. Francisville, where he talks about the history of the plantation's furniture with Ann Hodge. In the kitchen, he cooks Leg of Spring Lamb and Spinach & Andouille Souffl. He also discusses edible flowers and the gardens at Rosedown with Cordell Veal, the gardener and director of horticulture at the plantation.
