Jeff Duhe and Arcie Chapa host live coverage of Governor Edwin Edwards' opening address to the 1992 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature on March 30, 1992. During his speech, Governor Edwards discusses: his plan for a constitutional convention to redesign the state's tax code; day care centers; his proposal for a new Minimum Foundation Program formula to fund public schools; the environment; and gambling. Following the speech, Duhe and Chapa interview Governor Edwards.
