A career retrospective and interview with Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown conducted by Gus Weill for Louisiana Legends. Brown, a Grammy award-winning musician from Vinton, Louisiana, combined multiple musical styles, including blues, jazz, country, bluegrass, swing and Cajun music, into his own signature sound. He discusses the influence of his father; the beginning of his career as a musician; his years of touring around the world; and his decision to live in Slidell, Louisiana. He also plays pieces of some of his favorite songs on his guitar and fiddle.
