The panelists are: Secretary Alan Levine of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals; Donna Fraiche, a health care policy analyst with the Louisiana Health Care Commission; David Sloane, AARP's Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Advocacy; and Dr. Stewart T. Gordon, President of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
