The Better Business Bureau has a checklist of tips on what to look for when hiring a lawn care professional. According to Stephanie Garland of the Better Business Bureau in Springfield, Missouri, there's one particular feature customer seek. And Better Business Bureau found that the main thing that people want is people want to hire a business, especially a landscaper that is trustworthy, that is honest, that is reputable, after all, they're going to be near your kids or your grandkids when they're working in your house outside. The Better Business Bureau also recommends having a clear understanding of the work that you want the company to do in addition to getting receipts for all the work completed and reviewing whether they are BBB accredited.
