Director of Football Operations at Missouri Southern, Riley Hartwell, and two businessmen, Josh Barn and John Heiner running for one of two seats on the school board. Hein moved to Johnplin in 2003. A father of four daughters. His youngest currently a freshman at Johnplin High School. If elected, John would bring extensive career experience and distribution and a business like metric based approach to the school board. You believe that, you know, your priorities have to align with the kids and graduation and achievement. We have to have policies that line up with those priorities. I also think you have to be very transparent with the community on graduation rates, failure rates, key metrics. You have to have visions and goals that align. He also believes the job on school should lead the way in public education in Southwest Missouri. City County and school board elections take place in Missouri two weeks from today on Tuesday, April 6th. For KRPS, I'm Fred Fletcher-Fierro in Web City.
