Description
Description
Bob Fosse, one of Broadway's and Hollywood's most influential and successful director/choreograpers, is the subject of this documentary profile. The Hallmark Fosse style, recognizable for its syncopated, sexy, and cynical movements, is seen in clips from "Cabaret," "Damn Yankees," "The Pajama Game," "Pippin," "Liza with a Z," and "All that Jazz." Candid interviews with Fosse himself, remembrances from his friends and commentary by Gwen Verdon illuminate this complex man, his remarkable career and his extraordinary contribution to dance.
