Continue to work hard. This is the way it should be in the kitchen. OK now very simple. OK well this all nice and done we are going to this is a very nice soft goal. Very simple. Now. Everybody know. This is going to be the first thing we'll do is make sure this is the way to do it. First

Ok it's like painting. Look at marvelous. Look at it and then you put a tiny bit of these a tiny bit of these and a tiny bit of oh you like this salami or put it right in the middle. OK and then you put whatever you want even put some of the
tofu put it right over here. OK chicken let's put it put it right here painted gun to see which one of you can do a better job. OK. Continue to put this to mushroom. They pick up whatever you want. This is your favorite. Do it OK now we're going to come back here and we'll do our own sauce. This is horsey sauce. Nice wonderful flavor and also too many saws. Rush this pain does all kinds of things we're told this is model this. Now I would like to remind all the kids at home including juggling an else when you do it at home make sure all before you start anything in the kitchen all is for your mom with the desk permission. Don't touch anything shop don't touch knives knives dangerous so stay away from the knife. OK ask your mom your debt to cut when this is nice and ready. Would build it. We have some wonderful red bell pepper sprinkled this. Oh lots more
red bell pepper. Well it's more red pepper and then some green onion. Look at that beautiful green onion and then this is very interesting everybody looks Chinese sausage if you like sausage you can put a tiny was sausage This is Chinese sausage will be wonderful. I have some Chinese sausage nice and wonderful. And to make this very unique I have some duck breasts barbeque duck breasts also put in here because I have some leftover if you don't have this you know what you can always use roast chicken roast turkey or roast. Need roast beef all kinds of things. When this is done put a time when you know when I was growing up there is no cheese I have never taste any cheese. When I came to this country I love cheese because every flavor so I'm going to put some of my favorite my cheese on top and then I'm going to begin in the oven. Oh and this is big and it's going to taste very good I even put a kind of a celestial on top. OK and I'm going to take it to the Avent and have a big oh ok take it over here
and bake it. Whoa. Of course we've got so many young friends in the studio. We always have food. Look at that we're going to slice this right out of here. Look at this this is very. We've got to remove the knees. OK look at that. You got to get this out. Get this solved. Get this out. Yes this sounds like the whole thing out and then. We will cut this out with a pizza roll. Well look at that and then. Cut this SOB and look at that. And then cut the SOB. And look at the head. You know what we're going to take this over there and have jet coming in. An hour to try one will look at this.
Take a Ross nice and warm. Let's while you're looking at this is looking good let's try to charge this and see Titus and see wow you know both of you have done a fine job look at that Japanese you did a fine job and that was you did a really good job. Which looks really nice. Alex and Jacqueline nice well come back a little bit later. They'll help to clean up all these mass actually is very clean. Children in China like children everywhere are full of energy and spunk. Some of them have put the energy to great use. Kids are the same all over the world. They know some natural good natured fun loving and sometimes unbelievably talented. This kids discipline the skill to carry on a Chinese tradition. This has been around for thousands of years. She's really something. Just the only time I have ever met. They can mix.
Some of the stuff. This is selling the site. You can make a lot of dollars those are really amazing kids and they perform all over the world representing China know every child's favorite finger food including mine. I haven't bothered to spare Rip's. Here I have a whole slept off spare rib. You can use beef short ribs all poke spare ribs. OK first thing I first I scrawl this. So I allow I score the surface a little bit like that with a little knife. Now once again I remind all of you kids until you are 37 years old. Don't use any knife anything shum. Ah sure Perron. Your Odo brought a sister to cut things for you. Don't do it by yourself. Then turn to the out of sight. You see most of the sparrows out the struck shot rip all punk spare have a piece of meat like this right here and this is not very good so you cut it off. Besides it doesn't cook as well when
you have the whole thing there so you trim this and you trim this and you trim this and you trim the whole thing off like that so it is now dead to do this after dead. You also I'm sure mommy and scald this a little bit this way you are allowed a tiny bit of more. Penetration and permeation of oldies of Marigny and then when it's all nice and done when you get old Marin a ready over here let me show you the American We have some Baba que sauce toss you sauce all horses sauces fine put them right over here they're pretty thick OK. They are very very tasty. I have some grated ginger about tool a teaspoon to one tablespoon and have some grated garlic all chopped finely chopped the garlic. If you want you can also put a tiny sauce you want to mix them all out like that. Look at that I mix them all up and then a little brush the whole thing OK.
Brush the whole thing in indice. You locate then brush the whole thing. Let it marinate for about four to six hours. OK all to six hours. Very important now and not a safety tip for You'll grow not kids particularly anybody under the age of 8. Make sure when you touch a pot or a pin or anything you're not quite sure what is hot enough. Make sure to use one of these pot holder. OK very important so that you don't get burned OK and also when you are cooking make sure how not to go around. OK don't just stick around the kitchen by yourself. OK very important advice from my mother. And to your mother. Now look at that. Make sure you are allowed to marry me. Proximately. For the six hours even overnight I tell you mom make sure this way it will. Be a lot tastier. OK when this is all nice and done we're going to take it over
there and let me show you because we're going to allow her to marry me long enough so I want to put at the back. OK put in the fridge and let it marinate. And of course. To save time we have a couple of days already. Done Already merrily. This is already marinate for almost seven hours. OK also Skoal and now light you a lot of people you go out to Chinese restaurant you know. Also aside from the Spirit you also have barbecue Paul you can actually do some poll about half an inch. About two and a half. By about eight inches and you can actually do the same thing marinate them and you can cook them. Now when you cook them what are you going to do. Very simple you put a rack on top of the for oil. Line cookie sheet and then you put a little red over here and then you simply put it right here one piece and you put another piece right here. OK right here. OK this way you can
bake them until they are done around 375 degrees for about 40 minutes to 45 minutes. OK. And then a few more to make sure they won't get burned. So you actually covered this a little bit from the very beginning for the first half an hour. So I would make sure they had cocoa after they had done after 30 hours or 30 minutes or so 45 minutes 30 to 35 45 40 seats. Then you take it out and allowed it to Cook County and of course let it cook like this for the time being OK for a little while. To get ahead. We have so many guests in the studio. We always one more time. More than enough for the crew. When this is all nice and done let me show you. When you get a night. We've got a knife and we'll put dish. Wow this is very hot. Cut it up. Make sure they're nice and cut up.
Look at this. Let's put this over here this way. Now this is how you do it. You see when you turn to the ASR you can see the rips. So it's easier to cut it like this hole into this and you go like that. Don't ever use a knife like this until you're 74 years old. OK. Cut it up. Cut up this way you don't have to chop anything but you cut along the bone cut it along and we cut up a couple smaller pieces. Wow this is nice and hot. Beautiful color. This is wonderful dish that everybody can do it at home. You go get there first. We put this right over here first one of them were lined up. Lying down. Always make sure you make the dish look wonderful and nice. OK and then you put up this three pieces around here and then you put a tiny tiny bit of cilantro to
Gonna shoot a little bit. Now here they are these beautiful auburn BBQ spare ribs. No here's a decent recipe. Very light and healthy. I call it lemon tofu Custer. Everybody love Custer. Love Jello. I love it too it does want to show all of you how to do it so you can help your mom when you're dead to make it a home. Now here I have some solve tofu. This one is so healthy because vegetable protein no cholesterol nice and so I dump money into the food processor. OK dump the whole thing in there. And then of course we have some bread here too where some little bread we just break up the bread. Then we will put some bread down here and then also put it in OK put down a bread break it more down. Put him right over here. Everything is right here OK. And then of course if you have more bread you can put some more bread here. All of this I use my little baby knife to cut it up
and then of course you have to put some sugar. About two third of a cup of sugar. OK but a tiny bit of sugar here and then also 2 8 2 8 0 0 0. Look at that. Put them all together. OK now and then you can. Start doing it in this machine. First you turn it on. OK put it in. Get there. Now and then we put a tiny tiny bit I know. Because I have lactose intolerance I see. Oh and look at this beautiful soybean No. Very nice and it is nice and ready. Why would we do some of this is important we do some lemons. Oh this is going to look at them. We have a lot of these right here. Chop them up a little bit
if you have time and then you put it right over here and look at this. To take one of these you know with whom that's almost ready. Look at this I can top it up a little faster. And then you. Make sure all at home. Be careful. Cover this up so that on the fly all over the place is a nod to safety. Look at that when this is all nice and ready. Shut it off and we get this out and we remove these and we are going to put the mole together in this beautiful place right here. OK we'll build it up. Look at that. We will remove these. Put it in the sink. Very careful make sure you don't touch it. OK and then we'll use a scoop. And we scoop this out nice and smooth Kuster
smooth Custer. Look at that beautiful one. And then tool make sure OK. Very very carefully put it in. You see always maintaining the kitchen to be nice and clean as you go along. Clean up your kitchen. That's very important. No not a thing I would like to remind all of you. Kitchen safety tips a number 5 Make sure when you touch anything hot all of you are cooking something with a handle sticking out like that. Look at this particular new steaming at the front look at the handle. Make sure don't let the handle sticking out on your counter where you world by your bum the thing got hurt. OK so first we'll take this over there and let a steam over the boiling water. This particular our cooking technique it is very important that you remind your parent your father or your mother to do it don't do it yourself because it is too hot and then you steam
it for approximately five to eight minutes depends on what are you using an electric orgasm cost. Now of course we have a lot of friends here so we're going to remove all of these remove all of these and we're going to serve. OK now look at that as everything is here. Of course usually when we have friends that come over we always slowly always make more. And this is something extra and I want to show everybody how to make this beautiful. Not this one. All of you at home. Anybody under 17 years old can do it. Very very hot. Don't do that. OK. So what you should do is ask your mom to do this. You take one aisle very very carefully like dead.
