Telly & Baby Bear play catch and Baby Bear gets hit on the head as Telly throws the ball. This makes Baby Bear afraid to play because he doesn't want to get hurt again. He tries to play with a helmet but can't see the ball. Despite Telly's coaxing, Baby Bear gives up and Telly plays catch with some kids. Baby Bear says the alphabet to keep himself busy, reads a book and then by accident the ball flies his way, he catches it and is no longer afraid to play catch.
