Southern California's kelp forests are rich ecosystems that provide homes and food for many fish and other marine animals. But the amount of kelp off our coast has declined dramatically. To help it recover, local environmental groups have jumped in and are planting it. KPCC's Ilsa Setziol went to see how it's done.
