Description
Segment Description
Next month the California Coastal Commission will consider a developer's proposal to build homes on the Mesa above the Bolsa Chica wetlands. The undeveloped portions of the wetlands have already been purchased by the state, and there's a possibility it could buy the mesa as well. In the second of our two reports on Bolsa Chica, KPCC's Ilsa Setziol has the story.
