- The man who shot eight people on Seattles Capitol Hill last march acted deliberately. Thats according to a new report released yesterday (Mon) on one of Seattles worst mass shootings. But as KUOWs Ruby de Luna reports, experts who investigated the incident say there is no simple explanation for Kyle Huffs behavior.
