Just. A very brief step into the psychic world with something that is intrigue. Welcome to interview program. My guest is a psychic who. Worker in para psychology lecturing on the University of Massachusetts campus in the continuing education department and offering a course in her psychology. Good evening Scotty and thank you for being here. Good evening Larry it's nice to be here with you. I'm first going to leave it off by asking you to explain a little bit about DSP. Just what is it and what does it involve. Well ESPN is a term that was coined by Dr. Rhine of Duke University meaning extrasensory perception. I would like to I prefer to think that this this is actually an extended sensory
perception this is not an extra that this is an extension of the five physically known senses that we do have. Do you think that we all possess some sort of DSP that we all have some sort of extra sensory powers or very definitely I thought this is light and dark. Then all of us can be nurtured in unfolded primitive man. The Aborigines the tribes in Africa. Greatly endowed with many mental powers the telepathic powers so that we've kind of let go in a civilized society. But this is definitely within each of us. What explain for us a little bit about your work in person apology how you got involved in USP. So maybe some experiences you've had. Well I've had a lifetime in the work or what seems to be a lifetime actually my earliest experiences began in my teen years. The way that I came over into the field to actively work was that in 1970 as an insurance agent in a real
estate broker trying to combine two careers and raise a family of five children. Life was getting a bit heavy in the no fault insurance situation and commend me us to choose that. And I was driving to an appointment in Westfield when I had a Clair audient experience a clear audient experience is a voice which will speak to you as clearly as I'm talking to you at this moment and this voice said to me as I drove the turnpike resigned this position you were going to lecture us pay. Well as disgruntled as I was with the work that I was in this didn't sound like a whole lot better. It was an interesting and intriguing idea but public speaking just didn't seem to be my cup of tea at that moment. But interestingly enough within three weeks of the voice prophesying this I received a telephone call from Granby Junior Senior High School and a student invited me to lecture to a class at the high school which I indignantly refused because I wasn't about to publicly claim that I was a psychic in the small
community. And three months later the phone rang again. In the meantime I had been forced to resign the position due to family illnesses and when the phone rang it was a teacher at the Grammy Junior Senior High School and this opened the door to this career type situation in ESB and I lectured first in the high school and the appointment book has never been empty. What sort of experiences have you have in your life time sort of feelings have you had. That is what you know you are psychic. Well they have occurred in many ways many of them guiding and Hansing life as I came up the line. Some of them gave me direction such as this ways to resign a position. One day I can recall as I was typing an article for a Springfield newspaper that is now not in existence. A voice said to me call him now. And I was busy with what I was doing and I refused to obey the voice which persisted. Well I finally had to do something
because this was was about to go away so I dial the name they had given me which was a relative and he said to me I'm so happy you've called. I wanted to say goodbye but I didn't know how. And I asked him where he was going and he explained that it was on his way out of the world he had just consumed two bottles of drugs he was committing suicide. When I was 15 miles away in the Muniz prominently area. So I wasn't about to bring the police in unless I had to. So I risked life and limb and arrived in time to get an ambulance and get him into the hospital and he today is quite alive and doing quite well. And but for the voice for me I would not be with us. Now. Other times it's led me to fires. I was on my way home from work one evening and insurance a point it was quite late and I had a kind of short cut through the country that I used to take from a particular point and a voice said to me don't take the shortcut. Take the Long Way Home. And I've come to joke with this voice whoever he is I don't know but I jokingly said
OK I'll play your silly game what's up now. And I did come the long way into Randy Moss whereupon just as I entered the community I saw flames leaping into the sky this black midnight sky. And it was quite a spectacle. And I realized that I was on this situation for a reason I went to Iraq. It was a trailer that was an absolute inferno I couldn't get near it. But of course my first concern was the tank of gas attached to the trailer and those who lived around the trailer. So I alerted residents in the area and we got the fire department in. Fortunately there was no one locked inside but this was a very real fear I had at the moment. But it has I've been able to use this to assist other people in helping them in many ways which I feel is the real plus in extrasensory perception. Does this come to you in any way besides the voice. Dreams or feelings or. I've heard people talk about the warmth that they might feel when something is wrong or something is right.
Oh I've had visions I've had the voices I had the inner hunch The urged the prodding the impression the intuitive situation. There have been peculiar feelings of what people might describe as goose flesh or hand warts whichever he would prefer that would come over you when a negative type situation is about to occur. There are many physical feelings which go with this and you come to determine that which represents a situation. For example the solar plexus area of the pit of the stomach where a myriad of nerves come together behind the stomach. When there's something emotionally happening to my loved ones I will get a tremendous sensation here that well it's akin to butterflies as you might say but it's much stronger and I know that this is something within my own family it's a love attunement that something is occurring to me. You've been lecturing on campus now for a home long. Well since the fall semester I began in September with a little bit about what you're doing here on
the UMass campus. Well I'm presently teaching a course in titled explorations into ESPN. This is a 10 week program based on a three faceted type situation self-knowledge which I feel is exceedingly important to life a spiritual unfoldment which I feel is a safe background upon which to develop ESPN then of course they develop an obvious pick. We have a couple of weeks in how to think how to utilize the mind for positive good within the life we govern the air into how to concentrate. Surprisingly enough we find it very difficult to concentrate Sixty seconds on those types of situations that don't have a particular appeal. But in every life there are those jobs which require us to put forth much more than 60 seconds in jobs not all who are liking and success is dependent on being able to work productively in all fields that's from here we
go into three weeks of telepathy work demonstrating telepathy we do some testing based on Dr Ryan's donor cards and his scores score sheets and tabulations. We work in many types of telepathy. We go into Claire ascensions which we utilize psychometry psychometry to demonstrate. This is the holding of an object and receiving impressions from this object impressions that have been impregnated into the object itself. We work with a variety of facets of sockeye. We also do some exploration in the background. Those mediums who were the greats down through the years those mediums who are today the greats psychics like Jean Dixon and such we go into some astral projection discussion. It's a very well-rounded program and is just what it says explorations into with an unfoldment premise is the development of DSP a discipline process or is it more of a
relaxation process where you open yourself up and allow yourself to become a turn inward become attuned yourself. Relaxation is a real part of this. The best of psychics have to be able to completely relax to tune into that which they're seeking. Carol Sherman has an interesting story to relate when his little girl of five years old was placed on a bus to go to a birthday party and she was placed on the wrong bus in New York City. And when he became aware of this he began to race the streets of New York to find this bus and he boarded one bus after another and was unable to locate her. Then he realized oh my God this could go on for hours and this child could be lost in the city. And he had to relax himself completely detach his fatherly paternal emotions completely relax standing against a lamppost and try to picture his child calling out Marshall where are you Marcia where are you. And he saw the bus you saw the number the bus you knew where he would meet the bus at that point was able to
race blocks board the bus and find Marsha sitting in the top deck quite happy but happy to be there. Europe is coming to the campuses are correct. Yes he's going to be here Thursday March 21st at 8 o'clock you'll be appearing at my house or auditorium and promising a most dynamic program. What's he going to be speaking on. Specifically the topic of his talk is the new world of DSP. I think one of the interesting facets to come forth from this is the fact that Harold has been working with Stanford University in astral projection type experimentation with the noted Ingo Swann of Stanford and the task before these two man was that they were to project their consciousness to Jupiter prior to the probe reporting anything back. And the two man correlated their materials and presented them to Stanford researches who awaited the problem the reports from the probe and the evidence of the accuracy is quite phenomenal that these two men actually
relayed Jupiter before the probes sent anything back. There's a lot of work going on you know Russia I understand in the psychic world. I've heard a lot about psychic reading where there is supposedly a woman in Russia who can read with her fingertips and eyes closed. Other people can detect color with their fingertips because of a sensation. Are they far ahead of us. I don't mean to get into the space race type of psyche again but are they far ahead of us in this like research. It's been my understanding that they have been advanced in these areas but we have a gal right here at Georgia State Evelyn Monaghan who is working with this fingertip reading and I feel that she's put this to excellent use in as much as she is working with BIND children. Now of course Braille is available to them. But what she has been working with as I understand it is that she would have them run their fingertips over a page of literature. And while they will not be able to read word for word they can
comprehend what is contained within the text. She's also working with them in the color sense color each color has a particular for a particular frequency and vibration a particular warmth to re-add which wouldn't be evident for example in below. And they can discern colors through the fingertips. And her system is available to anyone who would like to utilize this not capitalize on it but utilize it. His medical science probe into our psychology at all things really delved into it studying the brain to see through any actual lobes that would be responsible for psychic behavior. They are researching now yes they are going into it in more depth. I feel that the situation that has brought medicine into the field is the power of healing the laying on of hands the magnetic healing. You perhaps are aware of all the world of Baltimore. Well she's been under investigation by man of medicine for about 40 years she and her husband Ambrose have had a great record in
healing and recently all good was written up in the medical economics magazine Prevention magazine last month did a write up on healing in the laying on of hands. They are recognizing that there's a definite energy discharge that occurs from the healer and is transmitted to the patient. And there's a definite energy pattern that can be measured. Once the patient has received the healing there's much going on at McGill University in research in this area of healing. Sister just stare out at rosary Hill and Buffalo is doing much research in healing so this is the area that medicine is most interested in. The opera is playing a great role at this time Dr. Kilner 9900 did a great amount of research in the art of the help the human species as contrasted to the aura of the ill human and recognizing that certain colors indicated certain disorders within the body. And in treating the art he had been able to restore health before the body had
become totally ill. And this is where medicine is focusing right now. Are they actually able to photograph the aura with a the aura by the way is still a field of energy or light that can be seen with awe. Infrared film around the body and I understand they can photograph it almost exactly pinpoint yon spot he or the method used is called Curly and this was developed in the USSR. We're presently doing a bit of this at the University of meals I don't know if you're aware of it or not. But Douglas Dean from the Newark school of engineering was out here last fall with Mrs. Ethel Loach the healer from New Jersey and Doug went over to the Department of Animal sciences where Dr. Werner Nobel of our campus and showed them how to do Curly and so they've been having quite a heyday for themselves doing this over there. So I'm hoping that we'll get more of this and we'll be having some kind of public viewing of the slides and the work they're doing.
I'll reintroduce a guest at this point my guest this evening is quoted Kylie from Granby who is a psychic and teaching at the University of Massachusetts in the continuing IT department teaching a course on Para psychology and ESPN. What are you going to be doing in the future at the university in your courses. Well we are actually very excited about being here. I thought when I came on to campus that this was marking a kind of breakthrough. We did bring out field a lot. We wanted to do more in the healing field. And as a result we have also retained Reverend Floyd McCausland who is the rector of the Norwich hill church in Huntington mass. And Reverend McCausland taught a course which just concluded a few weeks ago entitled The harmony of healing. He's now about to begin another course I think it's March 26 he will start a course in psychic healing and much is based on the Edgar Casey search for God material so that this will prove to be quite an exciting program for those that do enroll this particular course is open to
all those students in the public off campus. We also of course have here ole Sherman coming on Thursday night. This is Dan.. A program which we've all been rather excited about. We are bringing him on with the idea that we will negotiate a program for this summer. Harold has done a great deal of work in annual seminars for the last five years in Little Rock Arkansas where he presents the greats of purest psychology to the world. His seminars are attended by people representing every state in the union and every walk of life while in attending the one that I did last summer I became so excited about it that I thought there's no reason we can't do this right at the university. So this is some of the discussion which we will enter into with here all we do plan this type of a seminar July 20th 21st and 22nd. So we're going to do more about wrapping up our program for the summer. There are many plans that which are in the minds in the department. Mr. Brick when I've discussed the
idea of. Putting on a more academic type program today we're working with the involvement type program. We would like to do something more of an academic nature in the future if we can bring in the right personnel to conduct these types of courses. So there are many things there are many needs and right now we're just in the beginning stages we can't cover them all but we're interested in the ideas that the students on campus are bringing forth there are many students interested in doing research. I have four in this present class who would like to obtain degrees in PR psychology and to our knowledge right now there's only one place in the world where you can obtain a degree in para psychology and that is at a university in India. And so the interest here on campus is indicative that we have to generate more programs and more courses to fill these needs. Other jobs for pro psychologists. All very definitely signs of magic shows. Oh all here all plays very high. I just returned from a laboratory in New York. The American Society of psychical
research they are conducting experiments in Elstree projection or out of body experience as it's been known. And in essence what this boils down to is that I can be in one room in separate myself so that I can appear in another room or project my consciousness to relate to you what you're doing in another room. And I worked many of these experiments last year for my Granby home into New York and I just recently came back now from the laboratory last month and they had a physicist there on base who had done a graphic dept to a tank in which he had a feather suspended and I was concealed in a sound locked four rooms away in the object of the test was that I would move the feather from the sound lock for rooms away which I did manage to do with and getting a slight Regine registration on the dining graph. I got a letter last week. The dining graph is under measuring everything and therefore my experiment would have looked much more successful had the machine been calibrated properly. But there is a
peer a psychologist there whose background is from the discipline of psychology. PR psychologists are working all over the country in a variety of ways. They come from many disciplines not only psychology but other backgrounds. But there's much research yet to be done to bring evidential data forth as to what this thing is that we're really working with. One point that you brought up in the beginning of the program and I'd like to move back to and that was the Aborigines and some of some of the ancient tribes in human history have used mentalism or used GSP would you explain that a little further. How did the Aborigines actually use their mental capacity. Well I've been reading some reports I can't right now tell you and me because you know article I cover so many over a period of a month's time but there were reports that for example if you and I were to visit an Aborigines village strangers to the continent and would
make our way through the jungle from one village to another we would arrive at the second village and they would welcome us already knowing that we were on our way. And yet without the means of telephone drone communication the like. There has to be a way that there they are communicating this information. Dr. Young did some research with the primitive and he discovered that he was never a surprise to any village that he entered and which brought about the realisation of what was actually going on that they are using these telepathic powers to convey their communications. What kind of a lazy nation when you think about picking up the phone so easily. You had mentioned that Casey in a search for God and with the reading of Dixon. I understand that many of her predictions are in connection with religion being very careful. The Second Coming of Christ is when she talks. Careful as to who we believe to be Christ in the second coming is a real
connection and a real emphasis between ESPN and religion. Well my background isn't like genes we come from the we worship under the same Spyro in Catholicism. I do feel that the person who has he had a spiritual upbringing and has been oriented spiritually is in a particularly receptive state. But this type of phenomenon of course Roman Catholicism the mysticism involved in the religion alone the study of the lives of the saints the phenomenal experiences with everything from the clear audio of hearing voices such as Joan of Arc it heard in many of the other saints to buy a location astral projection such as danger I demonstrated so frequently. These are things that are known within this framework in this religion so that perhaps we are conditioned in a receptive state. But I can remember my bewilderment at having read much in the lives of the saints for example and when I started hearing
voices knowing that I certainly was a wrong and a far cry from sainthood. How come me you know how come I'm getting a voice because certainly I'm a sinner and he must know this I mean that we know where is the voice coming from. But I do feel that religion or not religion per se of spirituality is a definite backdrop for a helpfully psychical experience understanding of oneness in the universe understanding of the brotherhood of man in such this kind of a spiritual premise which opens us to these higher situations. Are there any you know universities around that are doing extensive work in her psychology. You've mentioned Stanford a couple times during the program. Stanford I would say right now at the present time is the outstanding University UCLA is doing quite a bit Thelma Moss of the neuro psychiatric department at UCLA is very much involved with many types of research. I understand she's gotten into the healing field the art field and such an excellent film that we have
presented on campus psychic saints and scientist. Which is narrated by Thelma Moss. A great lady truly I understand her background career to this was drama. And after taking a course with Carole Sherman an extra extra sensory perception she left the dramatics and entered into the scientific realm. And this film outlines work that is being done in universities in laboratories across the country but I would say UCLA and Stanford right now seem to be standing out apart from the others. Stevenson at the University of agenda here of course is very much involved in research on the theory of reincarnation. Columbia is doing a bet in various fields but I would say for the most part Steven from UCLA standout I think with the few minutes that we have left you might discuss some everyday psychic experiences that we might all experience. Give us some examples of what we might come across what we might feel see
here. Well the telephone might ring. And you would come from the kitchen to the point where your telephone is located and say I just have a feeling that's Paul or perhaps Paul hasn't called you in a couple of months and there's no reason on earth why Paul would be calling now. But you have this feeling that Paul is calling and when you answer the phone Indeed Paul is calling and your first comment will be what a coincidence I just had this feeling that it was you. Another area this might work in you will think of someone they'll come to mind. And a couple of days later you'll go to the mailbox and there's a lot of from this person and your first thought is. Did I receive a thought from this person while they were actually writing the letter. Why did I in thinking about this person send forth thought energy which they picked up and intern proceeded to write a letter. You also get this type of demonstration where you haven't seen someone in a great while and they will come to mind and you will be
downtown shopping whatever and at the most. Awkward moment that you'll round a corner of a building perhaps. My gosh you all but knock each other over and it's rather startling. And when you gain regain your composure you will tell the story Gee I was just thinking of you yesterday. I do feel that in each life within any given weeks period there is some demonstration of ourselves using an extra sensory perception. Women are very intuitive of course with the mother's intuition and self-worth this is not without basis but we will enter a room for example or just say we're going to meet one person and will say I don't know. There's something about that gal I met she hasn't done anything to me. There's just something about her I'm suspect of or wow she really turns me on and she's a wonderful gal and this person where it discussing has had very little opportunity to say or do anything is just an immediate impression that a woman will get and oftentimes be proven most accurate in
her intuition to the point that we be world or mankind because they'll say you know why are you saying that there's something about you don't like I don't know or but this is the so called Female intuition. We're famous for not that men don't have this I feel that men utilize this very readily in business you're a successful business executive science is proven are greatly in doubt with extrasensory perception I guess. Douglas Dean at New York School of Engineering has tested tested over 60 executives and divided them among the most successful and the least successful and those that are most successful have been proven to be greatly endowed with the stake. So even the business executive when he picks up the phone and says sell 10000. And the broker will say well what makes you say this. And the executive all reply Well I have a gut feeling. You see we have terminology which is actually saying the same thing. I have a gut feeling that and perhaps the things hours down within a few hours and you know you know the story
from this point that we are using this narrative every day life. Very good thank you so much for being with me my guess is evening has been quite it Kylee Grandy who is teaching and doing some work in her psychology herself a psychic. This is Ben WFC as the interview program heard every Tuesday and Thursday night at 10:30 for WFC our news and public affairs I'm Lynn Millo thank you for listening and goodnight.
