Vermont ETV profile of Andy Potok, an artist, who, despite developing an inherited eye disease which slowly robs him of his sight, found hope and wrote a book entitled "Ordinary Daylight: Portrait of and Artist Going Blind". visit Andy Potok, a painter who, after losing his vision, turned his creative energies in another direction. As a young man, Andy's paintings were promising and his future as an artist was bright. That is, until he was stricken with a sight-robbing eye disease. But, that is not where the story of Andy Potok the artist ends. Mark Greenburg has this story of Andy's inspiring comeback. Since the piece was filmed, Andy's book, "Ordinary Daylight" has been the subject of much attention and has even been considered as a possible movie script.
