Here and Now, Jensen Trial Sentencing, Former Assembly Speaker Scott Jensen will be sentenced for campaign crimes--crimes that total three felony convictions and one misdemeanor. Brian Blanchard wants Jensen to serve a little over a year-and-a-half in prison, followed by at least three years of probation. Blanchard also says Jensen should be banned from the Capitol during those years of probation. Jensen's attorney Steven Meyer says Jensen should serve six-to-nine months in county jail with work release privleges. Meyer did not respond to our request for an interview. (With Jensen Trial B-roll and full-screen reader), Lake Michigan Water Quality, Last summer, e-coli bacteria levels surpassed EPA standards on the Milwaukee County shoreline 40 percent of the time. Milwaukee County health officials are working on this problem. So is a research team led by Dr. Colleen McDermott at UW-Oshkosh. Wisconsin political icon Ruth Doyle passed away Saturday after a battle with Parkinson's disease. Milwaukee County officials said Friday they might sell or lease the Milwaukee County Airport to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for Milwaukee County.Governor Doyle promised to veto a bill to regulate dock sizes. Instead issued an executive order that places size limits on any new docks built on Wisconsin waters. Former Senate Majority Leader Chuck Chvala returns home Monday after three months in a work-release center for his role in the capitol caucus scandal. (With Doyle funeral b-roll and Chvala b-roll), Mumps Outbreak, The mumps outbreak is challenging to get a handle on because counties and state officials are constantly updating numbers of reported and confirmed cases. The latest update from the state health department puts the number of mumps cases in Wisconsin at 150. Cameras sent onto the UW campus to ask students what their summer plans are, Misspronouncer.com, Mis-pronuncing a city or a person's name is a real occupational hazard for broadcasters. That's why our next guest, a radio reporter, put together a web site that helps the user pronounce even the most intimidating Badger state spellings. It's called 'misspronoucer.com.' The actual Miss Pronouncer has an easy name to say. Chris Ochoa/ Wisconsin Innocence Project, In 1988 Chris Ochoa was convicted of a murder and rape he didn't commit. In 2001 the Wisconsin Innocence Project used DNA evidence to exonerate him after 12 years behind bars. Ochoa went on to law school and served with the Wisconsin Innocence Project. Tonight he graduates with a law degree from UW-Madison and will also give the ceremony's commencement speech.
