Here and Now, slate on tape says # 411 (incorrect), Hurricane Katrina victims in West Allis,U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez shared plans for the President's Katrina recovery effort at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce national convention in Milwaukee. He also observed the National Prayer and Rememberance Ceremony for Katrina victims--WITH Katrina victims who now live at the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center in West Allis. , hurricane katrina victims to Madison, Acting as a private citizen, veteran social worker Rita Adair and a small group that included a doctor and a police officer, made their way south on a bus. A bus that returned to Madison last week with 13 New Orleans residents left homeless by hurricane katrina, and who now live in apartments on Madison's west side.
