Thayer, Lac Courte Oreilles Chair, spearfishing, James Zorn who will appear via Ashland polycom. He’s with the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission and will walk the audience through the projected Chippewa spearfishing take as well as what the treaties legally provide for this activity. Includes a full screen graphic with statement from DNR Secretary Cathy Stepp, act 10 book, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporters Jason Stein and Patrick Marley who co-authored the book, “More Than They Bargained For, ” which documents the dramatic political storms that raged during the days of the Act 10 vote.
