Join Dr. Dad, Olivia and her friends as they get the scoop on both small scale organic agriculture and large scale commercial farming, while digging into the science of agronomy.
Episode Description
In this episode of the series "Dr. Dad's PH3" from 1995, Dr. Dad teaches Olivia and her friends about different types of soil and helps them plant a container garden. Dr. Dad and Olivia also visit a small-scale herb garden, as well as the McIlhenny Company's large scale commercial farm in Avery Island, Louisiana, where they grow the peppers that are used to make Tabasco Sauce.
