- In this episode from the "Plantation Celebrations" series of "A Taste of Louisiana" from March 26, 1994, Chef John Folse visits the Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville, where he talks with the owner, Teeta Moss. In the kitchen, he cooks Oven Roasted Guinea Hen and Dirty Rice. He also prepares Sweet Potato Pie and discusses the sweet potato business and the ghost stories surrounding the plantation with Irv Daniel, a sweet potato farmer and longtime neighbor of the plantation.
