Anyway Elise this book is very cool you really ought to take a look at it even better you should buy it because when I walked into this event I was thinking OK another food book or another cookbook and she has certain missions and goals in mind which she'll talk about with her book but just skimming through it quickly this morning before I spoke to her I'm going to tell you something it really is a good book and it really says a lot of things that I think it really will accomplish a lot to for those who read it. She makes a lot of sense and I know a lot of you have heard people talk about changing your diets eating better stop eating meat all of these things and a lot of us probably have thought about it and probably haven't gone ahead with it. But I will say this. You're going to be much more tempted after meeting and hearing some of what she has to say. I'm very disappointed she'll only sign the book because I was really hoping to get this little Batman sort of homozygous on but that's another thing for another day. All right this is going to be a lot of fun let's welcome ladies and gentlemen star of stage
and screen and now book author she's lovely Elisia Silverstone members. Let me. Know the way it's going to work you've got a presentation that you are here and I'll get out of your way while you do the presentation. OK you have like a want personal comment. Normal women can always feel Silverstein and I'll be bound tightly. On this. I don't know. OK. I just lost the leg here. Sorry. Yes OK. Hello. Thank you so much for having me here and for coming and I'm super super excited about. Where. I stand where I can see everyone. I move that thing. OK so I could. OK. So I guess I'll just start by telling you what happened to me because well first I'll tell you what
I think you can have out of this. Which is the reason I wrote this book I didn't write it for begins I didn't write it for vegetarians although I hope it really helps them too. But I wrote this for every regular person who's just eating the American diet. The reason I did that is because I feel like I've had this. Secret toolbox that I've been carrying around with me that has changed my life so dramatically and I know it has every magical ingredient inside of it to change your life to and it feels wrong to keep it from you. So. That's why I wrote the book because I know this information can change your life. And it's not just me who feels this way. Dr. Collin Campbell who wrote The China Study. Dr. Dean Ornish Dr. Joel for Jol Berman Dr. John McDougal Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn just to name a few of the amazing doctors and. Science minded people who have research
backing up this way of life so this isn't just my crazy ideas. This is this is backed by medical research and science and. So what I want to offer you is the best life that you deserve to live. Meaning you don't wake up exhausted and you don't need coffee to get through the day and you don't feel like you keep getting sick and needing antibiotics. And after a meal you don't feel like you need Tums and you don't feel like you don't feel like you're slave to your doctor where you have to sort of go to your doctor and this thing's wrong and this thing's wrong and you're not slowly falling apart as you get older you're actually getting stronger and feeling better than you've ever felt before because that's what happened to me. I'm now 33 years old and I feel younger and stronger and more alive than I did at 19. And I think that's pretty good. So. So what happened to me was I was a big flirt and I talk about flirting in this book because I have three different.
So you can read the book and just know that if you've ever been concerned about if you wanted to look better or feel better but you have no interest in being vegetarian Do not worry you don't have to be a vegetarian but you can just read the book knowing that at some point you're going to come to a place where you can make a decision about where you want to jump in and you can either be a flirt or you could be a vegan or you could be a superhero and you can pick whichever one you want whichever feels better to you or you want to pick any of them. Or you could like jump from one to the other do whatever feels right to you but the information will lead you and guide you to where you are and your heart will tell you at that point where you need to go. So the reason I did it that way is because nobody just starts something like that right. I mean I did I was. A big big flirt from age 8 to 21 so that meant when I was eight years old my first interaction with why I wanted to be veggie was because my brother was making lamb noises while I was eating lamb. On the plane. And I.
Didn't. Ever consider what that meant. And so I was horrified and so I became a vegetarian. But at that time I was eight years old so my vegetarian diet was ice cream French fries. And eggs I think because I didn't have any concept I just was like that's vegetarian. And I was eight so I forgot quite quickly that I was vegetarian and just went on my merry way. And then that would happen repeatedly throughout my you know from until I was 21. And when I was 20 and a lot of that I think was also because I loved eating and eating. And I still love eating but I didn't realize that the food that I was eating then like at the time I guess I thought that if you were going to take that away from me I would have nothing which I maybe you'll all think that same thing to that. You know I love pork chops and I love steak and I love bacon and I was just like if you can't have that. I just don't know what I'll do because I didn't know about all these other foods I didn't understand that there were so many other kinds of foods out there that I just didn't know about. So. So I think I was just part of my resistance and also
denial. I just sort of like even though Intuitively I knew that it was not something I wanted to be a part of. I didn't. I had never seen what happened to animals. I've never seen any of the images of what was going on so it was just sort of this idea and it was easy to my greed and my taste buds took over. So that was me at 21 years old I finally saw what happened to the animals that we raise for food and It horrified me. And that's my journey and I don't expect any of you to have a journey and I don't. It doesn't matter if you don't even care about the planet. If you don't care about the planet doesn't matter if you don't care about animals. Doesn't matter. All I care about is that you care about yourself and that you care about living your best life. And so. And if you do care about the planet that's great too and if you do care about animals that's great too. So it depends it really matter what brings you here. There's room for everyone. And the great news is whatever choice you make it helps all the other things so it's it's a win win for everyone. But so at 21 I made this commitment I'm going vegan. You know I crossed myself and I'm
Jewish. So it's weird but I did that and I said I'm never going to have a good meal again. I don't know if I'm going to be healthy but I can't look at myself in the mirror anymore and say I'm a good and a person who loves animals and continue to eat them this is not right. The more I mean the images I saw horrified me to the core so I was a mess. So I came home to my husband and I said well at the time is my boyfriend and by the way I tell the story in much more detail in the book are probably just better in the book but. I decided to do this and right away what happened to me was my body started to change drastically so for the first thing that happened and I remember I have no idea that I'm getting anything good out of this and at the time I'm 21. And I hate health. I don't want anybody to tell me about health. I don't want to know about it. I'm against health. And. Because people talk tormented me about being healthy for my business and I just was like rebellious. Don't talk to me about it. I don't want to know about it. And.
So so all of a sudden I'm two weeks into this diet and when I say diet I've redefined I'm going back to the original definition of what diet means today in our culture we think of diet as deprivation and misery. And I who wants to be on a diet it's the worst idea in the world. But this diet is about. Freeing yourself from diets and the real definition that I love is the diet the definition that was in the 68 16 hundreds which was a way of thinking a day's journey. I think that's kind of beautiful. So I'm on that diet. And. And so all of a sudden here I am thinking that this could all fall apart but not really caring because I'm committed completely from my moral ethical reasons and all the sudden I started to feel this huge weight off of my shoulders like when I walked around the world I felt lighter. And that's a really weird thing to describe but I mean it like everything just felt lighter it was like I could breathe deeper and I could just lift my shoulders up and I just felt different. And people started saying to me what's going on with you you're
glowing. And I was like. I am kind of glowing how. What's going on and then I started to notice all of this slowly all these things I started trim down my body started to slim down which is very important at that time a very exciting. And my nails started to get really really strong and thick. And you know all those white marks on your nails that are people say are calcium some people say they're sugar all went away. So now I'm looking at this really really strong nails that I cannot bend my studies all skinny and happy. I'm glowing My eyes are getting really white and bright and I feel so much more energy so much more energy that everyone oh one minute. OK well anyway the point is. Everything changed and got so much better and thank you and I and then this is really what I'm trying to say is that if you want to have any of those great things happen to you everything's in this book. Every frequently asked question you could possibly imagine
about protein about calcium about iron about everything the 12 omega 3s all answered in the book. You don't have to take supplements to be on this lifestyle except for be 12. Everything is coming through your food. Like I said any point of view for whatever reason. Let's just say one thing about the planning in case you care about the planet in order to produce one pound of beef it requires the amount of water that would you know to produce it that you could use to shower in for six months six months showering water is to produce one pound of beef. That's insane. Oil we're using 20 to 28 billion gallons of oil a year just for beef. That's a lot of oil. So. Those are the environment. Not to mention the rain forest of the coal. These are precious resources that we cannot afford to keep losing and wasting we're not feeding people properly people are walking around starving themselves to obesity because they're not eating real food. So when you
start eating real food you don't you don't get it you don't grow this way and your organs get healed. And. So anyway I just want you to know that you can have the healthiest most magical life ever and everything is in this book I feel like I've given you every single step you can take and if for any reason you're after reading the book if you still feel like I still need to know this you can go to my website and communicate with me and I will answer questions about. Whatever it is. But ideally you will have read the book first and not just come in going what about iron what I'm like on page blah blah blah. I talk about irony. So. So please read it and then find us a this is a great community that we're supporting each other it's really exciting I love hearing people success stories. It's so fun there's all these women on there who are losing weight together and it's really exciting and I'm feeling better and it's just really awesome so. And if you have an ass and I say can't I tell you about the people or curing I think I did curing heart disease and cancer and diabetes all those doctors daily basis curing those
illnesses and woman with an ASD in this book I highlight super heroes in the book and this woman who had M.S. She completely cured all her symptoms so she's walking around with technically M.S. but zero symptoms and teaches eight spinning classes a week she's a really amazing athlete. And then there's you know Bursley did this and really cool people like that so I think I'm done because I'm shortening it and I hope that you have. The inspiration to follow this lifestyle it's really exciting. And the book is printed 100 percent on recycled paper. Thank you thank you. Why OK let's sit down and have some fun. Oh by the way we have a TV diner video camera up in the rafters there everybody turn around and wave and say hey a Scottie or a videographer so we'll actually be doing a piece on the TV diner with Elise you know and on her book
and all I can say is that Elise about an hour ago for the first time and instantly I realized how many rules I had already violated. I mean I woke up this morning I brewed myself a pot of coffee. That's a no no. Right. Now breaking rules you just don't know yet. Then I scrambled a few ways. Who knew. But it's really a beautiful book to look at and I've got to ask you at what point. Well this is kind of for you know at what point did you decide you know what I believe in this and I really think I have to put it down and write a book. I was. I've been thinking about writing this book for like eight years but it seems like this epic project that would never actually happen because who can sit down to write a book. I mean it just seems so out there. And. But I kept helping people I had friends who were constipated friends who were
join hands but. Totally were going to have to work today Bonnie. We're going to pick you up on that because that's part of the book right show to digest. Yeah. Well boy what I wouldn't give for smoove right now. We can handle that. There is my friends we're not going to the bathroom like every summer like every five days every as a whole. And I was like you need to be going every single day sometimes twice a day. OK and sometimes even three times a day whatever just be doing it every day. And people have gone to. This. So I think there will. Be. One I told you we're learning today. You know what within five minutes of winning you're all going to be good. So that was one reason because my friends started going. So that was exciting. And then another friend had ovarian cysts and I helped her care her Marion sister she didn't have to have surgery which was exciting. So it started to be where I would give people these big packets of
information and they would say this is a book and I'd say I know it's a book and then finally one person was like. Write the book now. And by doing it by setting me up with meetings to do it then I was sort of forced to do it. You know when we were upstairs talking you made a good point as I said God what is this like. Especially now that you've got the book it's documented here in the book about what you believe in. Truthfully What's it like when you're invited to friends houses and they're having a barbecue or something but you say it's a Broadway home people or being in the room. OK good for them. And a lot more of maybe before this day is up. But you say it's OK to call ahead and say tell them the story you told me. Well I just was saying that you know. This book will help you to be able to man more in. I giving great detail in the book like how to go to parties how to eat out a travel all that stuff right. But my favorite thing is sort of being the slightly annoying health Fairy where I call because it's easy. It's
more. I'm taking care of myself but I'm also trying to be kind right. So I call and I say you know I we got invited to a neighbor's house recently and she asked us to come for dinner and I'd said yes of course we want to come to dinner. And then I forgot if I didn't mention that I was veggie and what if she doesn't know. And so I called her I said I just make sure that you know that I'm vegetarian and my husband as well and you know we can bring something or you know what can i do we can come make dinner or should we just do it in our house and scratch the whole thing or like what you're feeling. And she wrote back my husband to leave as you do and I and I and my kids I'll just do something. She was like oh I'll just make chicken for the kids but by the end when we showed up and I brought dessert. And when I got there they didn't make chicken for the kids the kids love the food that she made and it was just really nice like it made them all healthier. And I brought dessert that made them all really happy. Peanut butter chocolate cups that are in this book. And Rice Rice Krispie treats. And. So it's just a way of making it fun for everyone and you're not saying like I'm not
coming here just saying hey what are you doing and usually the host will be thrilled to help make something that will feed everyone I mean the whole idea of inviting someone over is that you want to help please them. When I have people over I ask people what do you love like what do you want. What do you love and then try to make something that I think they'll love but your husband's a bit of work. My husband's a bit of a flirt. And when I say Ford I mean good food. Yes that kind of flair. So like whoa whoa whoa. Let's say for instance. He breaks down the state never has his day or what have you before you were speaking to him. Well. You know. I would never have a stick. He would never have a steak because he cares about this a lot. He's a really intelligent person who really cares about this. And so if he wanted to suddenly have a steak I wonder what happened to the last 11. Like he's has these please. I never made my own. It was very important to me that I never made my husband go veggie I didn't make him go veggie I
came home and said This is what I'm going to do. It would be very unattractive to me to have my husband do something because I said so. That's not sexy. You know I mean at all. I want him to put a call into my house. Yeah. Yeah I don't want to be bossing people around. What I want is people to be inspired and in lightened and so what happened was he when I came home and said oh you know this is how I feel. I came home crying and I was like I have been a hypocrite for so long I finally realized like what am I doing and I told him all the stuff I said I'm going to go VM you don't have to go be you like you can keep doing whatever you got to do but like can we just not have it in the fridge Raider and just like have it you eat whatever you want outside the house. And I was trying to work out the politics of how we live together this way. And he said maybe and I've been telling you all about my feelings about the animals in the. I was crying about the pigs because I heard this whole thing about arguing with the lamb. And he turned to me and he said he said. I love the pigs tomorrow and I don't want to hurt
them. So so he wants to have the pigs. I think that's the thing most people if they sit down. You know they're going to have them so far I don't know. Strips of bacon or something I mean I don't think they associated no you know I mean it's a kind of like you don't want to know you don't want it. I want a bacon with my eggs real raw. So what if you could sit down and know that you are the actions that you're choosing not only our harming but like really torturing and really hurting the planet and actually hurting your body. But there's this other food that tastes just as good you just didn't know about it yet and it tastes just as good or maybe even better and makes you feel so good. And it's not harming anyone. I don't have a lot of examples of that. We don't want to do this for me. Let's take three three square meals a day because when I told you I was there you know I had a few whey eggs scrambled Yeah. And you're like. But then you right away went to the Borg and showed me something that I would love the employees of and it would work all right. So give us an idea of what a great great a
great reference Well if I was trying are going overboard you know. I mean other words you know we just want to work baby steps. Well depends on the thing in the book I give you an example for every occasion. So if you're having a Sunday breakfast and you have time to make whatever you usually make for Sunday breakfast I would recommend making either French toast or waffles with. There's a recipe in the book for waffles. They're mochi waffles which is really yummy with drizzled. Brown rice syrup and toasted walnuts and a little lemon. And then on the side I would put some bacon some temp a bacon. And some sausage made by field roast. Which is all in the book. And maybe some greens or some maybe some bok choy with some only vinegar even a gret alters that are along it. That would be for a brunch or an English breakfast I make an English breakfast which is like truth because I'm English born. My blood is English to my parents they're English people and whatever they say they make beans on toast with mushrooms and tomatoes and the pictures are
amazing. That dish if you want to see it I mean it's just delicious so you can have a full blown English traditional breakfast. And. Then if you want to just be simple you could just you know make a left over. Pour it you can make porridge out of your leftover brown rice if you want to be more of a superhero or if you wanted to have whatever you're having now just regular cereal just to replace it with some different kind of milk like. So. Or. A lovely breakfast that's so quick and easy is certainly our go to say replace it with a different kind of no so what. It could be hemp milk rice milk almond milk soy milk whatever milk it strikes your fancy. Anybody here before. You do it. Yummy. Yummy. All right have all I want. OK well I think my brain can't think of what I have been enjoying trying to design or launch today. OK lunch today I mean ideally you'd have.
To see. Loads of food like I have but you could either have trees or tacos. Or you could have. Truffle oil rich pizza. Oh good of a book. Or you could have what else. Or you know she'd know we were going to bring in a couple of Black Eyed Peas having lunch together. I mean there's so many things it's endless. I mean that's what the whole book is written for there's hundred recipes in here that are insane. I mean it's not summertime How about black soybean and squash do. If you haven't had to just squash which I have never been green so I didn't know about before going on the flight plan this lifestyle. I don't know about daikon daikon the greatest thing ever it makes it that dissolves fat. There's a weight loss strength in this book that literally dissolves fat. And it's amazing and I can also taste really good in certain when it's done certain in certain ways other ways it can be better but. What else did I discover that vinegar only bushy plum vinegar is one of the greatest ingredients
ever and it's delicious and it's fantastic and say how about say Tampa caught out with white wine and capers. Sounds good to me. Waffles sausage and cheese panini eggplant China masala The funny thing happened up stairs when at least you know we're talking and you know she said you know she can almost tell by looking at someone. Would you find artichoke mushroom and leek Christiani with pesto. Oh yeah. Well I can only be. So she says you know I can basically tall by looking at someone about their diet and whether or not it's a good diet. And I'd like to think of myself as a pretty finicky eater I mean I'm a very healthy for so I just put on the spot and I said thank you and I look right now I said well I don't want to go there I don't know. Be honest and then she starts describing OK I mean you look fine but your eyes are sunken and their boy is shot. Your skin tone can certainly be a little bit better. I'm like. Wow and
this is all at home oh. Yeah so. That was pretty funny. Do you think that it's really finicky to eat coffee and while eggs OK how finicky that American food. No but I mean I do. Well I mean I mostly eat fish I don't you know fast food I don't eat junk food. Yeah I'm just not. Good. That's not to say I couldn't be your least says you have like a sweet roll as well for a break. Well it's not like it was a sticky bun it was just like it was made with dairy and eggs and sugar. Well yeah. You're so out of meat but it tasted so you know right right. So there's things in here that taste as yummy as that right. We do harder like the meat I really mean anyway it seems harder for me to make the leap to know dear. Yeah because I love a good book the cereal before bed. Right so you know in person.
So what if you use changed it to a different kind of man I try to. You did not I did not I don't even believe the not so yummy I don't want to say I couldn't get I couldn't get used to what you made your own fresh almond milk like you soaked all men's The night before and you put C I would never do that right. Because you don't like stuff you have over your non-emotional or do I have to roast them first no you know I show you that. We're not talking you. Let's talk to these people because there are some who have gone to the microphone to the microphone. Anybody has a question. Come on up. This is like the old days the old film that you feel. And the reason I say that is because he hasn't read the book. So until you have the information and the inclination to do this why eat all of this sounds difficult but when you read the information and you have the inspiration to feel your best look your best when you're more excited to try these things. Yes. Leaving the you know. The right
way. You know what you deserve a break. That's a lot. Yeah. And that's you know he brings up a good point because another big controversy now is how they're putting this more food stamp on all this food that really isn't so small. Yeah well do anything to make money. It's all money making business. So yes or. No no that's the other show. That's right. I want to be very clear. The other show all about fries and burgers. Will my thing about exercise is this. If you love exercising this diet will support you and you can continue to exercise like Bruce Lee or in here there's this guy Robert cheek in the book who is a bodybuilder he looks amazing and he. You know did this for performance and there's so
many athletes that did this not because they care about animals not because they care about the plan of A because they want better performance. So you can have that but if you're like me who wasn't so excited about exercise you don't even have to exercise on this diet. At all. It will make you slim. And it's and you just walk every day I mean walking is a good idea for our blood for our error for just connecting with other people. So a walk every day even if it's just 20 minutes is better than nothing. And if you like dance class or you like yoga or whatever it is you like just do things that you love that you do not need to be a slave at the gym trying like that. All this stuff which ultimately you're not going to be glowing. It might make you better than you were but if you don't change your food it does not change your skin it does not exercise can't make you as. Fully whole as food can. You made a point of you know you go to the gym you see these people coming out of sweating ferociously.
Yeah. They're really not changing they're not changing I see them day after day their bodies don't change their skin looks the same. I mean I bet they would be a lot bigger if they didn't go to spend class but I don't think they're getting healthier. I don't see their skin changing or any glow. Yes sir. Thank you. Oh right right right right right. Yeah. Well I don't want to say anything. You know this is just my opinion. So in answer to his question about raw food I don't find raw food as sustainable as. As macrobiotics and I didn't get a chance to talk to you about. My products but that's what I call a superhero diet. So my super her diet is basically macrobiotics made simple and easy and accessible for our modern because now her buttocks can seem overwhelming and complicated and it really doesn't need to be it can be quite simple so. I just give you the Cliff Notes version of it. And the reason I'm not as excited about raw food is because I was a rough leader and I really enjoyed that and I love the idea and the principles
behind it. But I didn't feel it healing me I felt it just it was still just as it was it wasn't. It's way better than a regular American diet. And it's it's probably even better than my vegan diet. But in terms of like superior superior life. Lifeforce I find it's macrobiotics because I was in the winter in the snow in in trying to find like mangoes in green juice and someone pointed out to me mangoes don't grow in the snow. And so I realized this is not balancing it. And mangoes are designed to cool your body off not warm it so if you're in the snow when you're cooling your body off it just doesn't. Not good fuel not to mention all the environmental implications of you know bringing all these foods so far away. From Thailand from Hawaii. And so it started to make sense to me that the local in-season was not only cheaper tastes better better for my health. It was just an all it's all around better choice so
I'm more inclined. I appreciate the color and airy benefits of raw food I enjoyed I'm going to go to a raw food restaurant today in the north than what's the name. I don't know why I just said that. Let's go north. But. But I'm going to do than and. But I and I enjoy it for coloring but I don't feel like what macrobiotics do is they literally look at your eyes look at your hands look at your feet look at your skin and can diagnose you scientifically and it's just ancient was raw food does not look at the balancing of each individual. But if it's working for you. Fantastic. I would love to have that information please. When you think of the red. Sea I started going to love this. Guy that down to great ok. Thank you. Good grief. Yes you're. Going to go to Google to find an old time for somebody to be on this diet a veggie diet right. Maybe
a good dessert. Yeah. I love desserts and I think dessert should be part of your diet. And so I have to start with like how about those like chocolate peanut buttercups like the basically rice like Reese's pieces that are cups. Rice Krispie treats with chocolate chips or you can do them healthier with raisins and all men's and things oatmeal walnut and dried home cookies. I don't even like oatmeal cookies these are the best movies ever to walk the earth. Cheesecake preach crumble. Ok now my next question. There isn't a pair of these beautiful pairs like little look like a little candy pair. So cute when I'm not with you. Yeah and delicious and strawberry can tend plum soup. All kinds of yummy things. You know it's funny you were talking about. OK. Thank you. You're talking about blowing your earlier I guess it's funny whenever anybody asks you about the dishes that
you referred to in the book you actually do. I did and I started doing shorts. Yes. I. Was. Good. Right. Yeah. Yeah. And so I was going. Yeah what's your story. Yeah. Okay so I'll I I'll definitely conquer the first question if we have time I get this I question the first thing is that I have two answers to that. About time one I don't know anyone busier than me. Like. And I met people who are as busy. But like. I seriously work so hard I do so many different jobs at the same time while I was doing this book I was doing a play. I was building a website I had a dog that was dying and I was taking care of him and carrying him everywhere. I
mean it was a big big guy. And not to mention trying to be a wife not to mention try to be a friend like trying to just conquer the world try to change this world make it better my activism like I've got so many things going on the same time. It's crazy. And what I realized at some point in my life was I was never going to be good at those things unless I re prioritize my life. So yes you can you can do this as quickly you can do the fast food quick version of this and still feel way better. You know you can make the best choice you can it's every given turn. If you just keep your principles in mind and your goals in mind you can even just have to even if you have to go to subway. You know there's a better choice at subway if you have to go to Denny's. There's a better choice at Denny's. I mean there's better choices no matter what you do. But what I really want to impose or impress upon you is the concept of re prioritizing I go into great detail in the book about this. If I want to be great at what I do if I want to wake up and have more hours to conquer my projects with I need to
feel my best. So it has to become the first thing that I think about. So before I go to bed at night and I don't mean think about in some like limiting you know counting calories not freeway. I mean like the freedom of going to bed and going where am I going to be for I did it last night where am I going to be for breakfast. OK well I'm going to be on L.A. time so I should probably just get something quickly from the hotel. OK what do they have. Not a lot. OK I'll get a we'll. Fine. No milk soy milk. I don't need to use the soy milk but ask yourself you know and. That's that where am I going to be for lunch and at home. What I do is I figure out between my husband and me and all the people that I work with. Who's going to make lunch tomorrow. I might do I have time to make it tomorrow great. What leftovers do I have. How can I transfer those into a new meal. Because any leftovers shoved into a Nory Nory roll is the best quickest easiest most delicious thing ever. Nori makes everything good and throw some avocado or some movie paste in there. Oh my God. So. It's really about repairs we all have. You look like you. You're gorgeous and you're into
fashion so you must go shopping. You must spend. I'm doing beauty stuff. Whatever those things are. It's like a little less time in that direction and a little bit more time on the internal. And then you'll see that everything gets better everything. Relationships you're in I found my true self through this lifestyle meaning that I get closer and closer to what I hear what my body needs. I know what my next right move is because I can feel it. I'm not all gung up. And the and the rewards for that taking that little extra time to make it a priority and I promise you making a big crazy regular meal doesn't just as time consuming as making a vegetarian meal. It's just making better choices everywhere you go. Thank you. You look better already. One more question I apologize to everybody else was and whether you were in a time frame it would be of many mysteries and I just went to see that I've been in my last 10 years and I thought when I was when I had. I was a little.
You know I would wonder whether it would be good for my daughter. My daughter is here right now she's 2 years old. And she's probably ninety nine point nine percent begin and she's she's too young to read and write. At 2 years old like I just want to say that it is a beginning about whether will be good for a baby but it's actually put my faith into the the lifestyle and it actually wrapped up pretty well. So I just wanted to provide a testament. On this on raising a child being vegan. And you know it turned out for me good will it would you if you get time go on my website and communicate with other mothers about that that would be really helpful to tell other. Because there's mothers who ask questions and I'd like to answer but I'm not a mother so I feel like they're like yeah that's great PR Kid. So yeah you could do that and say you know back to the rice no she loves she loves almond butter I mean Almond Joy milk
cows milk and she just likes. Yes although you know this is just as much as I think other kids like those are going to vote for either. Thank you. You don't have a kid but you do have a husband that's kind of I know. Thanks. OK. So what's going to happen here of course. There's a book starting. Work when they get the books. OK so Emily will come up and speak to that. I do want to mention that you're going to head to Broadway soon I think you were talking yes. What's the name of the show. Time stands still in January. Right. And that what is the Web site. Web sites. That's a good point. It's called The kind of life dot com but it's in the book too but it's the kind like Stockholm. OK. Always your Silverstone over the top.
