But I think in terms of ground that has been gamed away from the communist terrorists in terms of attacks military attacks in terms of propaganda and sabotage and things like that we are better off this year than we were last year and I guess that isn't the total measure of where you stand. And I want to look into the other aspect of it when I get there and then I'll have a more comprehensive opinion but that is I don't know that some of the things I've learned here in the last three weeks of briefings. I think they have a policy of the United States ought to be to help lead the public to get them to win and maintain its freedom from communist terrorism and that any event or any action which is which promotes that objective for and anything which hinders that objective.
