President Gerald Ford address, Tulane University. 1. Ford says America can regain sense of pride, must end war, move on, and improve country. Note: sound bad but usable; audible background hum throughout. (Tabbed 35' - very good. ) 2. Ford says events in Indochina tragic, but although we have not succeeded here, we have succeeded elsewhere, still strong. Vietnam's fate in their own hands. (Tabbed 50') 3. LS Ford at podium, crowd ftg and BG. B&C roll, lots of cutaways Ford, audience, WS etc. (8') Roll C: Navy League and Tulane Speeches Roll D: No more Tulane. Second camera sound better.
