People are shown making blocks from cement and soil. Cleaning the tents and selves. Loading a truck. At 6:00 mark, Philip Carolin introduces himself in a different camp. Talks about working in a known VC camp area and bringing down possessions as well as families from the Operation Cedar Falls aftermath. Show family being off loaded from a truck with their possession. By relocating wife and children of VC, they received several hundred VC defectors to the camp.
