Fountain on main street, Dai Lo Le-Loi. Temple and bridge in botanical garden. Vietnamese women and children enter Catholic church in city. Archway over Thong N Hut near presidential palace. President's (Ngo Dinh Diem) picture over archway. Assembly building and fountain on Le-Loi. Close up of city hall. Lt. Gen. Williams, Ch. of MAAG, entertains boys from C. St. James School for Sons of Deceased Military Personnel. Boys are inspected by General, play various games with military personnel and enjoy refreshments served by officers' wives. Native civilians peer through residential gates to watch entertainment. Mid Close up of temple archway. Dragon dance performed before Presidential palace gate. Train passes over bridge past camera. Large-wheeled wagons on Highway #1 en route to Dalat. Natives walk on road carrying bamboo poles on Y frame. Military outpost on Highway #1. Short scene, highway which runs through jungle.
