QUESTION Could I ask the real question I
have is a good place to do business and why. Time for business because April saying the cost of money's big 20 percent for the we're seeing of course the money for the business is pennies big business people coming in this you know. So you don't you don't worry about it being a high crime area. I think it's fairly stable in turn of the terms of the Spanish population. It's a good place for you to do business. So for myself
thank. You. Why did you buy this jewelry store and why do you think it's a good investment to have a business end up on this corner. Well I was working here for about three years before and so I had an idea a pretty good idea what the business would produce and I saw a lot of Spanish people moving in the vicinity. I also observed that most of the stores therefore have a lot of Spanish speaking personnel. He says the fact that a lot of Spanish people are opening stores around here so therefore I thought it was a very good investment. The fact that I am Spanish speak the language of language very well. So. That's why I thought it was a very good investment.
Do you think that this is going to be a pretty stable community or do you think that that will be too much too much trouble. What do you think of the neighborhood as a place to do business. Well I think the crime rate has gone down very considerably right here. I think the police has done a lot you know more security. I remember a time when. He used to have you know they hit. Every once in a while you know like every couple weeks or so. Lately it's been pretty good you know. Like in the three years I've been working here remember. We got hit a couple times. But there hasn't been problems you know. Lately it's been pretty good. That's because the Spanish people the white people and the black people are getting better. I think they are going a lot better you know like it's no where near you know like you hear about problems between whites and blacks and whatever. But up in
scorn I don't think that you know there's no problem here. So. Let me.
