- Transcript
One, two, three, four. Can you tell me your name and what grade you are? My name is Quentin Simmons and I'm in fifth grade. Who is this year making here? I'm making a goose for my fox over there. Oh, you're making a mouse? Yeah, and this is going to be in the mouse. What you can do is it once it's done. I don't know yet. What do you think of this class? I think it's pretty fun. And I'll just stay home and be bored. Thank you. Hi, love. I'm a butcher. What's your name? Good. Can you tell me what you're doing here? Well, this is my second attempt at a ball. My first attempt is, I'm kind of discouraged. I'm going to put it away for a future when I have nothing else to do.
Are you going to use it when you're done? Yeah, I plan to. What do you think of this class? I'm really enjoying it. You know, there's not too many things that Quentin and I can do together, and this has been just a good thing. First of all, I'm going to do together, and I'm learning. Thank you. The next year you can come and take this class? Yeah. Maybe I will. What is this here? This weird thing. It's a Viking mass. No, it's a raven. Raven mass. Will it be used in some ways when it's done? I guess so. I don't know. If nothing else, I'll hang it on my wall. What do you think of this class? It's been fun. It's learned a little bit about woodworking and the masks themselves, and it's just been a lot of fun to take it.
Thank you. Thank you. the any wonder? No? No or no? Yes, no, no, no. Can you stand with a it is clearly very simple here that the
that was hard. What do you think is going to go, like how it's going to go? Can you give me a name in what you do here in Dazzle?
I'm a Bruce, I'm an attorney here, but tonight I'm a mass-carver. What does this represent here? Well, it's supposed to be a walrus. Will it be used for anything? Oh yeah, somebody's going to dance with it on Saturday. How do you like this class? Oh, I've really enjoyed it. There's Master Carver's here, who's showing us how to carve, and some young fellows that have done carving, and they have their ideas. We had somebody from Fairbanks, an Athabaskan Carver that was here showing us. So, we've really had some great teachers. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. That's it. Okay. Okay, so please.
