Langston Chin has been doing because it takes time to solve a lot of problems and then they don't solve the problems overnight and I know that the City Manager have a lot of work and this past and this Langston Chin has put in a lot of time after working hours to trying to get things straightened out and I have seen a lot of problems been straightened out and I would like to see the City Manager do whoever takes over do a good job for the City of Bethan.
Well I'm hoping that the City Manager and the Council will work together and do a good job from now on because in the past there were too much frustration going on between the City Council and the Manager the Manager
