is from data service and three day of service. The hover path is capable of carrying 60,000 pounds free. They also can carry intact pallets. So we do not believe one that will be a backup of mail. You will still have basically the same service that you can get from the commercial airplanes. And the benefit of it is that there will be less damage and handling because the intact materials can go out being broken out. And secondly, there's going to be freezing chilky ability on the ground so that the ice cream and the milk and the produce will be protected and grouped between the origin and destination
and the contract will regard to have so many that beveled to maintain the freezing chilky tissue of that parachute and good while being stored from the point of route. This is going to have to be pretty much so, I wanted to keep going through people so that it is more in the cage if they are being judged. So, we are going to be receiving a couple push-offs and a few weeks from there. But the last thing I was going to do was Gye bill was done by Temple II Martin. The second concern was not guaranteed village by village, more male follow up to lay public
graphics thrown down as a maintenance problem. The service is guaranteed through days. The second concern was to lay public graphics thrown down as a maintenance problem. The service is guaranteed three days a week. The contractors all again to perform. There were less male follow up because the male will not be intact. Palace will go on intact from any mainline carrier to the village. So if you're less chance of male being lost or damaged, the hovercraft or the contractor is committing to a backup vehicle. We believe it's going to be hovercraft the last story in the process of discussion. The fourth item he has is village transportation to be seen. It will be
suitable enough, I guess I should ask, Gilbert, or John, is this question. I would like to thank you very much for joining us today. As well as individual private citizens, today we've received ten suggestions for letters of concern. Predominantly against the project. We have today received four letters of support.
Now I have all of these letters with me. I don't want to take the time to read these individually into the record. We're going to have them typed into the transcript on later days. But there is a letter here that will receive from the Alaska Congressional delegation. I'm going to ask her to say it. Just a step forward as a representative from Congressman Don Young staff to read the letter into the record. Thank you. This letter is addressed to Marvin Runden, plus Master General and CEO of the Postal Service. As we're writing this letter to express our support for the proposed United States Postal Service program pilot project, we feel it is essential to explore all possibilities that may result in a lower cost method of providing mail delivery service in Alaska. Obviously, any mode of transportation for mail delivery must provide a service that is both consistent and reliable. A standard which should be applicable for both surface and air.
Movement of mail but VA surface methods during the incline of weather may actually be more reliable and safer in my air. We recognize that the delivery of mail, directly parcel-posed, that is so critical to our constituents to remodilize communities is costly for both the Postal Service. To prevent any effort to reduce costs by elimination of this service, any and all options should be explored and implemented if appropriate. In summary, we support your efforts to analyze the benefits of alternative delivery systems in the area that is traditionally unrestricted by service by aircraft. We appreciate being kept informed of the progress of the surface transportation pilot program, and this was dated June 26. If time permits after everyone who wants to speak publicly, after everyone has had an opportunity to speak, I will then enter into the record publicly all of the letters and the petitions that I have on here with the tables. Josh?
Thank you, everyone, and thank you first. What we'd like to do right now is start with Stephen Maxi Sr. from the pastiac. We'll be the first person to have your question on the comments. Stephen Maxi Sr. from the pastiac, I'm not going to talk on all this, but I will talk on my tongue. Do you still need to translate it to me? Because I didn't miss my first trip when I was too much hunting, I'd like to see. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him.
I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him.
I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. What I'd like to turn now is to Joe Fevella, also from the past yet, who had a comment or a question.
I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him. I'm not going to look at him, I'm not going to look at him.
