Description
This reel is one of 13 camera original reels shot as part of an uncompleted documentary on the Yup'ik village of Toksook Bay on Nelson Island, Alaska. This reel contains a group of men inside a partially completed replica of a traditional sod "men's house". The men are talking in Yup'ik about growing up in traditional Yup'ik life ways including living in sod houses.
