- Here & Now, Dane co judge strikes down parts of Act 10, Dane County Judge Juan Colas' decision to strike down parts of Act 10 is either a return of worker's constitutional rights or the action of a liberal judge legislating from the bench. Heading up that appeal, the State's Attorney General, J.B, Van Hollen. Dane co judge strikes down parts of Act 10, Madison Teacher's Incorporated not only filed the lawsuit in question, but the local teacher's union was also a presence at those intense Capitol Square protests in 2011. The union organized rallies and came out in droves during the debate and eventual passing of Senate Act 10. They're represented in the lawsuit by Madison attorney, Lester Pines. polls on presidential and us senate races, Marquette University pollster Charles Franklin is in the Madison studio at 3:00 p.m. to go over his latest Presidential - Obama and Romney - and U.S. Senate - Thompson and Baldwin - race survey results.
