They're going to be interpreted as being in the battery died and do I now think that the war is not one of us. The answer is I do not think that the war is not winnable and further that I personally do not think the president for the purpose of presiding over the destruction of the credibility of the American power throughout the world. I believe that there must be a negotiated settlement. I do not think that you're going to get a negotiated settlement however. You have the strong military and economic and political present and policy which will encourage the enemy to negotiate rather than continue to fight.
