"A series of live broadcasts each day of the week of April 17-26 featuring panel discussions and audience responses. These were open-end programs, often lasting for two hours or more. We are submitting two excerpts typical of the week's live broadcasts: "(a) Questions from audience at E-Day Eve rally, addressed to James V. Allen, U.S. Commissioner of Education, and Senator Mike Gravel of Alaska. "(b) Panel discussion: Life Style on Trial: Critical Issues. Panelists were Proof. Joseph J. Hickey, Wildlife Ecology; Dr. James Crow, Genetics; and Prof. Matthew Holden, Political Science, all of the University of Wisconsin."--1970 Peabody Awards entry form.
