A program that explored the relations between Latinos of Indian and Mestizo heritage and Latinos of black ancestry or Afro-Latinos. Our guest, Rolando Roebuck, who heads a Washington D.C.-based organization that promotes better relations between Latinos and African-Americans, touched on several of the most controversial issues on racial relations among Latinos.
